Project Description
The NAP (NetzAnschluss Portal) project focused on creating an intuitive online platform that streamlines the grid connection process for new customers of Syna. As part of the Front-End Engineering Team and of the digital Booster Program, I contributed to the co-development of this portal, ensuring a seamless user experience for individuals and businesses looking to connect to the energy grid. My work centered on creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces that simplify the application and management process.
Pronlem solved:
The primary challenge was to develop an online portal that would make the complex process of grid connections more accessible and efficient for new customers. The goal was to create a digital solution that could replace time-consuming manual processes and provide users with a clear, guided experience. I collaborated with the development team to build a streamlined, intuitive frontend using React and SAP technology, improving both the functionality and the user experience.
Technologies used:
- React for responsive and dynamic frontend development
- SAP for backend integration and system management
- Collaborative development process to ensure seamless interaction between front and back-end components
- Figma for design prototyping
- Responsive Web Development
Outcome:
The NAP portal dramatically improved the grid connection experience for new customers, offering a simplified, user-friendly interface that reduced the time and effort required to complete applications. The platform’s intuitive design helped increase user engagement, while the efficient integration of backend systems streamlined the internal processes for the company. As a result, the portal enhanced customer satisfaction and reduced the workload on support teams, positioning the company as a more accessible and efficient service provider.
